To get to the Music List Page Type the following Address:

After the ".com/" type the secret word the is given to you by Sonny.
FOR EXAMPLE:

To fill out online:
Highlight the "SONG/ARTIST/NUMBER" line,
then double-click and hold to drag that choice to
the empty box on the selection list above.
OR
Type Artist Name, Song Title, and Index Number on the form.
Example:

Print out and FAX form to

or......For a Form "TEXT" file download, click the needed form:

WEDDING TEXT FORM

EVENT TEXT FORM

Print the text Form and write in your selections while looking
through the MUSIC LIST.

Please include Artist Name, Song Title, and Index Number.
